HISTORYSemi-columns with Doric capitals, refined compared to the more archaic models of Greek architecture, tapered and fluted, made of stucco, dominate the environment with their marble whiteness and mark the architectural score of the hall. As in classical architecture, the columns support an entablature decorated with the more traditional frame of ovules and acanthus leaves.
This modern room embodies the harmony between contemporary comfort and the natural element. The calming neutral tones of green and beige blend in a visual symphony reminiscent of a lush garden in spring. The Paintings appear to be by different executors and also executed at slightly different times in an estimated period between 1750 and the first quarter of the 1800s (Apulian Neoclassical period).
